Refund and Returns Policy
If the product received by you is not to your satisfaction, you can return the same within ten days of the date of delivery. Kindly note that this is applicable to all products except the dietary products. If payments are made by card, the same will be reversed and in case of Cash on Delivery, NEFT bank transfer will be initiated to the account the payment was made from. The time taken for the refunded money to reflect in your bank account is normally 7 days.
Category wise details
- Nutritional: The products falling under this category are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about the product, kindly consult your health provider before ordering it.
- Personal Care: Products that are disposable and categorized under hygiene care will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- Household Products: If during the transportation process the product is damaged, it becomes eligible for return.
- Jewellery & Handicraft: If during the transportation process the product is damaged, it becomes eligible for exchange or return.
The above terms & conditions are applicable only if the product is returned originally packed with all the samples and items if any included along with the product/s delivered.

What should I do if I receive defective items?
If you receive an item which is defective, you can contact our customer care on email@example.com or call us on 080-41566466 within three days of receipt of the product. The product needs to be returned and an alternate product will be replaced or the money will be refunded, whatever the case may be, as per your request. Kindly note that the replacements are subject to availability of the product.
What is the refund procedure after cancellation?
It takes 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The amount will be credited though NEFT transfer to the account the payment was made from.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order anytime before your product is shipped. On clicking the cancel button in My Orders under My Account, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
What do I do if I receive wrong product?
In a case where a wrong product is delivered, kindly report it in the Contact Us form within three days of the receipt of your order.
The product needs to be returned within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint and an alternate product will be replaced or the money will be refunded, whatever the case may be, as per your request.
